Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your invoice to process your return.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Return charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 

 

DOWN PAYMENT (UP-FRONT COST)

A down payment is a type of payment that our agency may ask the client before starting a project. The down payment represents a percentage of the full agreed price for the project (to cover the agency’s costs), which in our case is 50%.

The down payment is refundable only if the deal falls through because of our agency not fulfilling the agreed tasks in the marketing proposal. Otherwise, the down payment is not refundable.

For non-satisfactory marketing deliverables, please contact us at the mail below to arrange a refund or exchange.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Policy.

 

Delivery processing time

Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or national holidays.
As soon as we receive your payment, we will start working on your marketing campaign.

 

Delivery Estimates

We will deliver your marketing collateral as discussed in our first kick-off meeting and the marketing proposal.
The date may vary depending on the complexity of the task, but we will strive to deliver all monthly deliverables at the end of each month along with our transparent report of our work.
